CLEAR is a 60-minute whole person approach that blends science based healing techniques in a spiritual manner in order to create Body, Mind & Spirit clarity, alignment & coherence. Participants are encouraged to bring a problem to class that they would like resolve. CLEAR is also available for Mommy & Me and Kids.

A.I.M. (Activated Intentional Manifestation)
A.I.M. is a 30-minute class that focuses specifically on manifesting a specific desire in the participant's life. This guided manifestation visualization process allows the participant to clearly understand the why and what of manifesting their present desire as well as the how to manifest that very desire.
CONNECT (a deep journey within)
CONNECT is a 90-minute meditation process designed to deepen connection between Self & Spirit. Modalities used to deepen and connect include Emotional Freedom Tapping (E.F.T.) HeartMath - activating the Heart's Intelligence, sacred hand symbols, sound therapy and neurolinguistic programming (N.L.P.)
RESTORE (the ultimate organ workout)
Restore is a 30-minute movement class designed to activate both hemispheres of the brain, stimulate and secrete toxins from internal organs - all in a fun and healing way.

Why we highly recommend you wear ALL white to your Mindology Fitness class?
The design of Mindology Fitness includes elements of color therapy. From an energetic and psychological perspective, white is a color of wholeness, completion and new beginnings - all consistent with the intended results of a Mindology Fitness class. White also represents the creation of a clean slate (mind) that represents purity, wholeness and completion.
Why do we recommend bringing a blanket or shawl to class?
During class, participants activate their heart's intelligence with the use of a science based HeartMath technique. This stress relief technique can change their physiology from a "fight-or-flight" stimulated state to one of calm and clarity. The end result is a decrease in stress hormone production with a resultant decrease in blood pressure and heart rate. This decrease in blood pressure often drops the body temperature as well - in which case, a warm blanket enhances this elated experience.
